is completely different from radiation heating together with assistant convection heating, which avoids the problems on Low-E glass caused by different radiation of top and bottom surface.
2.Flexible Heating Temperature Control:More heating zones are arranged in convection unit and each heating zone is individually controlled.
3.Perfectly Arranged Convection System:Perfectly arranged convection units along the heating furnace. Top mounted hot air blower, optimum nozzles design and air guider inside convection chamber made air pressure very even.
4. Intelligent Control System:With inside optimization algorithm, PID control technology and specially made heating control module and individually controlled hot air blowers, heating profiles, air pressure profiles can be achieved easily.
