FireTemp Series Gas Heating Tempering Furnace
Definition of Gas Heating Tempering Furnace
LD-A FireTemp series gas heating tempering furnace is quite similar with common electric heating tempering furnace, and it has loading table, gas heating section, tempering section, unloading table, blowing system and control system.
Structure of Gas Heating Section:
1.Burners shall be installed in closed type which shall not be in direct contact with the high-temperature convection air in furnace;
2.Jet Heating Convection system is applied in heating section which shall inject hot air onto glass surfaces evenly in a controlled manner;
3.Heating profile across the furnace shall be realized by the control system of high-temperature air volume.
4.Steel furnace body, upper furnace can be lifted up by jackscrew hoisting system;
5.Anchoring technology is used to fix heat insulation material on inner furnace wall to reduce the energy consumption effectively.
