LD-B JetConvection single curvature tempering furnace adopts JetConvection heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
Features of B Bending
1.Servo motor drives each sprocket with double row chains, and a pair of bevel gears rotate; the vertical rod rotates together with the bevel gear and the screw move up and down with one end of the connecting rod and push or pull the T shape plate away or closer. In this way, the different radii come into being.
2.Each top press roller is equipped with a cylinder, which can adjust the distance between top press rollers and bottom rollers when tempering different thickness glass.
3.There are cylinders equipped in bottom chiller too, which can adjust the blowing distance between nozzles and glass bottom surface. |
