LD-B AirStream single curvature tempering furnace
a. It adopts AirStreamTM Heating Technology and can temper single curvature glass with high quality.
b. Glass can be tempered includes online Low-E glass, ultra clear glass, screen printed glass, patterned glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.
Technical Features:
1. Hard shaft bending rollers which bend the glass lengthwise.
2. The bending mechanism consists of a series of bending devices, and each bending devices not only can camber actively but also equipped with a sabtle modifying device, therefore sophisticated radian can be cambered.
3. Bending system is controlled by Germany servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency.
4. It can temper small volume single curvature bent glass for autos and household appliances with high accuracy.
